It's About Goddamn Time
Yes, yes it is about time. And the exact time was 434am July 29th 2020. It was the old familiar, happy feeling of being shaken awake to a cacophony of rattling items, creaking windows and car alarms. The instigator this time was a 4.2M quake centered about 6 miles away in Pacoima. And this thing kept on giving! About 20m later we had a nice 2.4M aftershock, giving me a rattle while sitting at my computer. And finally, after retiring for a couple hours of sleep I awoke just before a nice 3.8M aftershock.
All in all I nice little sequence. I think it may be a Northridge aftershock but I haven't read up on it enough to know that for certain!
